The Morning Routine

Every morning, Sarah starts her day with a simple routine. She begins by washing her face and brushing her teeth. After that, she stretches her arms and legs to wake up her body. Once she’s feeling more awake, she puts on her workout clothes and heads outside for a jog.

As she runs, she notices how the fresh air feels on her skin and the breeze brushes against her neck. Sarah enjoys the feeling of the ground beneath her feet as she moves through the park. She keeps a steady pace, making sure to breathe deeply through her nose.

After her run, she does a few exercises to strengthen her back and stomach muscles. She carefully avoids putting too much strain on her knees and ankles, knowing how important it is to keep them healthy. Finally, she cools down by doing a few gentle stretches, feeling her chest rise and fall as she catches her breath.

When Sarah returns home, she feels refreshed and ready to take on the day. She takes a quick shower, dries her hair, and gets dressed. Before leaving the house, she takes a moment to look in the mirror, noticing how much better she feels when she takes care of her body.
